iNotify mobile enterprise application platform was deployed to be accessed by their Sales Officer, Sales Manager, Medical Representatives, Delivery Vans and collection agents. Established in 1983, Mega Life Sciences is engaged in manufacturing, marketing, selling and distributing Medicines – Nutritional, Herbal, OTC-drugs & Prescription-drugs in developing countries. Currently they operate in more than 50 Countries from Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, CIS-Countries, Latin America and Europe delivers to right customers. Mega does not have any control on the credit’s being given to customer and also whether right products and right schemes are served to customers. No corrective action is possible as the route for VAN’s is spread over a period of 4-5 days owing to geography. Main objective of implementing mobility solution was to “Available-to-Promise” capability and improved stock planning and enhanced visibility by looking at Customer 360 degree view along with ensuring last mile connectivity in Up Country Markets.

After implementation of iNotify based solution, sales persons are able to deliver customer the required product. Also decisions could be taken to set right the routes taken by their vans which in turn improved serving to all their customers. It has also improved turnaround time for an customer.
