With more than 8 million customers in 60+ countries, Quick heal has more than 900 customers across 31 branches with over 4500 resellers spread across the globe. The company’s ecosystem operates through wide marketing and a large network of distributors, resellers and system-integrator’s. This network provides technical service and assists customers before, during and after sales. There primary challenge was that there was no real time information on the secondary and tertiary level sales, which was required to avoid stock outs and to improve market coverage.

Quick Heal now uses Sales Force and Distribution automation tool based on iNotify which is an enterprise mobility application framework. Quick Heal sales person now captures sales orders from Distributors and Retailers through device application. Also distributors are given access to web application from wherein they update the deliveries done. This helps in Tracking Retailer / Distributor visits and delivery information is available centrally on which critical decisions can be made improving the time to deliver and reducing stock outs. DNA (Distribution Network Automation) solution helped Quick Heal to bring visibility in the sales and distribution process and helped them to achieve a much higher sales productivity.
