Experience in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with Stakeholders and other project team members for requirements gathering, analysis and design of prototype. Excellent analytical skills in understanding the business process, understanding the functional requirements and translating them to system requirement specifications. Good experience in liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle. The Candidate should be Detail oriented, quick learner, good listener with strong problem solving skills. Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills is desirable. |
